This is currently going to be my spot to gripe about the world (becuase you all don't hear it from me enough, right?!?) Also, I'll try to have updates on how life is going, proving that, yes, I do exist.
Well, Rob and I are approved for a mortgage. And we just got back from meeting with the realator. Saturday Rob and I are going to drive by a couple of the houses that we saw online and liked. So, the searching begins! Wheeeee! A place of our own. We're pretty geeked.

I'm a liberal, hippy-chick with a goth streak. ;-) I love the arts; in particular, Jewelry, Pottery, and Photography. Since I'm working as a manager at a Ritz Camera, it's been feeding my photography streak. I'd love to get some freelance work started. So, if anyone needs a photographer...

Just remember: mortgage lenders are the enemy. They will approve you for what you can afford, if you pay nothing else at all ever. They will not limit their approval to what you can afford in real life.
