(Not A) Vacation

So, Rob and I are off to sunny Florida today for his cousin's wedding. Usually, I'd be excited to leave and go somewhere warm and beautiful, even if for a short while. However, I am just not excited about going. It's 9:30 and I haven't packed yet (we have to be at the airport around 1:00). Too many stressful things have been going on. I know, I know, you think that would mean that I'd want to get away. However, this vacation IS one of the stressful things. We actually changed our tickets to come home early because Trip was sick and we didn't want to burdon Mel with taking care of him any longer than necessary. Monday was supposed to be our Disney day. Now, it's been moved up to tomorrow. However, IF we go, we have no way there, other than to figure out Orlando's public bus system. (our hotel is 20 miles away and has no shuttle to Disney, as hotels closer to Disney usually have). Not to mention tickets for Disney are obnoxiously expensive (as are Universal Studios and Sea World). We thought that since Animal Kingdom closes at 5:00 (and the Park hopper option is an extra $45/ticket), that we might go to Universal Studios instead, figuring they'd be open later. HA! They close at 5:00 too. Well, why don't you just sit by the pool and enjoy a relaxing day in the sun? You ask. Because it's supposed to thunderstorm tomorrow. There's no winning. See you Monay. :P
